Background: Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a common and difficult-to-treat disease in clinical practice. The efficacy and safety of Zhenyuan capsule (ZYC) in the treatment of CHF were evaluated by meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis (TSA) of published relevant data.
