目的评价金天格胶囊促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的临床疗效. 方法将77例肱骨外科颈骨折患者, 随机分为金天格胶囊组(38例)、接骨七厘片组(39例), 在手法复位小夹板固定并结合功能锻炼的基础上, 分别给予金天格胶囊、接骨七厘片, 观察比较骨折愈合时间、骨痂生长情况、疼痛缓解时间及肩关节功能恢复情况. 结果 金天格胶囊治疗骨质疏松性外科颈骨折在骨痂生长情况及肩关节功能恢复方面与接骨七厘片有同样的效果, 并且在骨折愈合时间及疼痛缓解时间方面优于接骨七厘片. 结论手法复位小夹板固定以及功能锻炼结合口服中成药(金天格胶囊)对骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈有很好的治疗作用, 天然虎骨粉(金天格胶囊)对...

Objective To evaluate the effect of Jintiange capsule on the bone healing process in osteoporotic fracture of surgical neck of the humerus.
