目的通过系统评价与Meta分析探究社区老年人肌少症发病率及危险因素。方法检索从建库到2021年1月PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、知网、万方等中英文数据库,纳入肌少症发病率及其影响因素的队列研究。采用软件STATA15.0和Review Manager 5.4对社区老年人肌少症发生率及影响因素进行分析。结果共纳入13篇文献,13 750例研究对象。结果显示,肌少症发生率为11%,随访1~ 2年、3~ 4年社区老年人肌少症发病率分别为6%和12%,亚洲地区发病率分别为9%,亚洲之外地区为13%,女性发病率为16%,男性为11%。从危险因素来看:高龄(OR = 1.11,95%CI:1.09 ~ 1.12,P
