通过文献检索汇总，分析我国近5年罕见病药品保障政策的进展，以及各地方政府推行的罕见病用药保障政策模式。美国等发达国家在罕见病的定义、法规和药物研发激励方面起步较早，同时具有比较健全的罕见病药品保障体系。我国正在逐步建立罕见病药品保障政策，推进罕见病患者用药可及。为了建立系统的罕见病政策体系，本文提出我国可从制度保障、资源保障、执行保障方面进一步推进完善的思考，以保障罕见病患者的药品可及性。
