Effect of Tiancan Zhuangyang decoction on reproduction function in male mice with kidney yang deficiency

目的研究天蚕壮阳散对肾阳虚证雄性小鼠生殖能力的影响。方法将40只昆明种雄性小鼠分为4组:正常组、模型组、男宝组、天蚕组,除正常组外,其他组小鼠均用氢化可的松注射液制造肾阳虚模型,将正常组和模型组给予等体积的蒸馏水,而治疗组给予相应剂量的药物,持续给药28 d。观察各组小鼠睾丸、脾脏、胸腺质量,检测血清睾丸酮（T）、促黄体生成激素（LH）、促卵泡生成激素（FSH）水平,精子密度、精子活率、精子活力改变情况。结果模型组睾丸、脾脏、胸腺质量明显减轻,与正常组、男宝组、天蚕组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P

Objective To observe the action of Tiancan Zhuangyang decoction （TCZYD） reproduction function for the male mice with kidney yang deficiency. Methods 40 KM male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Except for normal group, all the mice were injected hydrocortisone to establish the models.
