2018年首届中医文化人类学学术论坛收到王续琨教授《中医文化人类学学科元研究四题》一文,以科学学科学的专业视角对中医人类学进行回顾性分析,是学界首次清晰地讨论学科元问题。文章受其启发,从学科内部出发,进一步探讨中医人类学学科元问题,如学科定位、学科概念和范畴、研究对象、与近缘学科的区分、学科研究方法与学科意义,试图藉此对中医人类学"安身立命"的基本问题做初步界定和阐释。

In 2018, the First Forum of Cultural Anthropology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) received a paper entitled Cultural Anthropology of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Four Issues of Meta-research on Discipline by Prof. Wang Xukun, in which Prof. Wang offered a retrospective analysis on cultural anthropology of TCM from the professional perspective of scientific studies on this discipline.
