目的观察局部针刺运动对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者的临床功能影响,探讨其有效性与可行性。方法 40例来自郴州市第一人民医院康复科的患者随机分为两组,观察组采用局部针刺运动治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。两组治疗均为每次30 min,每日1次,每周治疗5次,共治疗3周。分别在治疗前后统计数据,比较两组的视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分及Friction功能DI指数差异。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的75.00%（P
