目的 观察寿胎丸在复发性流产患者中的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2019年12月至2020年11月于湖南中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的81例复发性流产患者的临床资料,对照组39例采用常规治疗,研究组42例在对照组的基础上采用寿胎丸治疗,两组均治疗至妊娠12周.比较两组治疗前后临床症状、性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性及妊娠成功率.结果 两组治疗后各项证候积分、动脉血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均下降(P
