Objective To evaluate the effect of Yangxin Tongmai Fang on mitochondrial respiration of cardiomyocyte in the isoproterenol-induced myocardial ischemia injury rats model. Methods The experimental rats were divided into three groups:control group, model group, Yangxin Tongmai Fang group, 15 rats in each group.
