目的:探讨愈痫灵颗粒（YXLG）对痫性大鼠海马脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）表达与认知障碍的影响。方法:选取150只清洁级SD大鼠,从中随机选取10只作为正常组。其余动物用戊四氮（PTZ）造模。将符合模型标准的大鼠随机分为4组,即愈痫灵颗粒组、拉莫三嗪组、丙戊酸钠组和模型组。用跳台实验、开场实验测试大鼠的学习、记忆能力,采用免疫组织化学方法检测BDNF在海马内表达的变化。结果:开场实验:抗痫药物干预后,各组学习、记忆成绩比较有显著差异（P
