Effects of Shuxin Wenban Granule on Stability of Rabbits’ AS Plaque and Expressions of MMP-9 and COL-I

目的：观察舒心稳斑颗粒对实验兔AS斑块稳定性及MMP-9、I型胶原蛋白表达的影响。方法：运用高脂高胆固醇饲料喂养12周制备日本大耳白兔动脉粥样硬化模型，用舒心稳斑颗粒灌胃给药治疗4周，采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中I型胶原蛋白的含量；采用免疫组化法分析I型胶原蛋白、MMP-9在主动脉粥样斑块中的表达；同时观察主动脉粥样硬化斑块的病理学改变。结果：与模型组比较，舒心稳斑颗粒能升高血清中Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的含量，差异具有显著统计学意义（ P＜0.01）；同时能降低斑块中MMP-9的表达水平，升高Ⅰ型胶原蛋白在斑块中的表达水平。病理学检查结果显示，采用舒心稳斑颗粒干预后，主动脉...
