目的:综合评价近年来调神通督针刺法治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:以调神通督针法治疗血管性痴呆为检索词,检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普近10年来在国内公开发表的调神通督针刺法治疗血管性痴呆的临床随机对照研究,对纳入的文献进行异质性分析及固定效应模型分析或描述性系统评价,并对其发表偏倚分析。结果:共纳入6项研究,434例血管性痴呆患者,Meta分析显示:调神通督针刺法治疗血管性痴呆的总有效率优于对照组(P
