Meta-analysis of Auricular Acupoint Pressing Therapy for Postoperative Pain in Fractures

目的:通过荟萃分析评价耳穴贴压疗法治疗骨折术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:系统搜索中国知网,万方数据库和维普数据库,并纳入最近10年发表的关于耳穴贴压治疗骨折术后疼痛的临床研究。经过两位研究人员独立的文献筛选,数据提取和质量评价,检索出原始数据,合并和分析初始数据,并使用RevMan 5.3软件进行荟萃分析。结果:共纳入15项随机研究1462例患者。结论:Meta分析显示,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(OR=12.44,95%CI:7.11-21.78,P
