目的:通过采取Meta分析对针灸联合推拿治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效进行系统评价。方法:通过对PubMed、中国知网（CKNI）、万方数据库、维普科技期刊（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）进行检索,找出针灸联合推拿治疗梨状肌综合征的随机对照试验,选择RevMan5.3软件对最终纳入的文献进行质量评价和荟萃分析。结果:共纳入11项研究,共829例患者。Meta分析结果表明针灸联合推拿治疗梨状肌综合征总有效率高[OR=4.43,Z=5.31（P
