Systematic Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma in the Last 10 Years

目的:系统评价口服中药复方治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的随机对照实验的疗效.方法:通过数据库检索文献,纳入采用辨证论治指导下的中药复方治疗成人支气管哮喘缓解期的随机对照临床实验(Randomized controlled clinical trial,RCT)及临床观察.采用Jadad评分表对文献进行评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行本研究的数据统计.结果:最终纳入13篇文献,包含1088例患者.Meta分析结果显示,中医治疗组与中西医结合组临床有效率优于对照组[OR(95％CI) =6.79(4.01,11.50),2.15(1.25,3.72),P＜0.05].中药复方提高肺功能及哮喘ACT评分(P＜0.0001),能降低嗜酸性粒细胞计数(P=0.004).结论:中药复方治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效...
