用滋阴明目丸治疗阴虚型干眼17例(34只眼),并与点润舒眼液对照组19例(38只眼)对照,观察3个疗程,每疗程3个月.结果治疗组在Schirmer试验、BUT值测定及眼表荧光素纳染色分析方面明显优于对照组.提示滋阴明目丸有助于阴虚型干眼的治疗.
