Observation of Pain-Temperature Evoked Potential Produced by Pressing Method on Shousanli(LI10) of Normal People and Analysis of Nerve Conduction Effect of Meridian Theory

目的观察比较推拿按法及接触性热痛活泼电位（CHEP）刺激器作用于正常人手三里产生的痛温觉诱发电位,探析经络理论的神经传导效应。方法文章采用拉丁方设计,将纳入的9例健康成人随机分为3组。变换拉丁方组,使第1组的在初始、2 h、4 h后分别接受中度按法、轻度按法、CHEPS刺激;第2组则分别接受轻度按法、CHEPS刺激、中度按法;第3组则分别接受CHEPS刺激、中度按法、轻度按法,记录刺激时所诱发的痛温觉电位。结果 3组刺激手段作用于手三里穴均可记录到痛温觉诱发电位,无干预手段（分别为F=1.284,P=0.308; F=0.328,P=0.726）及干预时间点（分别为F=2.398,P=0.127; F=1.534,P=0.250）与痛温觉诱发电位...

Objective To observe and compare the pain-temperature evoked potentials produced by pressing method and CHEP stimulator acting on Shousanli( LI10) in normal people andexplore the nerve conduction effect of meridian theory.
