Colon cancer is one of the leading cancer types that positioned the 3rd rank in the global level. The role of CXCR2 and CD133 is reported in many different types of cancers. The aim of the present investigation is to study the relation between miRNA-92a in association with CXCR2 and CD133. Azoxymethane/ Dextran sulfate sodium combination was used to develop initial and advanced stage colon cancer.
