《内经》蕴藏着先进而超前的“治未病”思想,它是中医学防治疾病的理论核心,在大学生自我心理保健中具有独特的优势,亟待进一步推广和挖掘.春季是大学生“心理流感”高发季节,大学生心理亚健康防治尤显重要.文章阐述了大学生结合“治未病”理论顺春生之气,调摄精神情志、调理饮食、规律作息,加强春季自我心理保健以防治心理亚健康状态的方法策略,达到未病先防的效果,具有十分重要的现实意义.
