The present study aimed to investigate the effect of co-culture of fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) with human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to understand the mechanisms that mediate the induced changes.
