目的 观察电针足三里、三阴交、梁门对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)和线粒体超微结构的影响.方法 60只SD大鼠随机分入空白对照组(10只)和造模组(50只).造模组采用单次腹腔注射2％链脲佐菌素和8周不规则喂养高脂高糖饲料来建立糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠模型,每周记录血糖值及症状积分.成功造模后,选取30只造模组大鼠随机分为糖尿病胃轻瘫模型组(10只),电针组(10只),胃复安组(10只).干预结束后,酚红灌胃法测定胃排空率和小肠推进率.免疫荧光法测定Ca2+浓度,酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清胰岛素和PDGF含量,透射电镜观察线粒体超微结构.结果 (1)干预后,与模型组相比,电针组血糖值和症状积分均显著...
