Correlation between epidermal growth factor,gastrin,somatostatin and inflammatory cytokines and chronic gastritis in rats

目的:探讨胃泌素、生长抑素、表皮生长因子及炎性细胞因子与大鼠慢性胃炎（CG）的关系。方法:复制大鼠慢性胃炎模型,采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清表皮生长因子、胃泌素、生长抑素及IL-2、IL-4和TNF-α的变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清胃泌素和表皮生长因子均显著增高,有显著性差异（P0.05）;血清TNF-α和IL-2水平增高,IL-4水平降低。结论:CG大鼠血清表皮生长因子、胃泌素、生长抑素及炎性细胞因子的变化与慢性胃炎之间存在一定的相关性,为揭示CG的本质和治疗提供一定的实验依据。

Objective： To explore the relationship between epidermal growth factor（EGF）,gastrin,somatostatin and inflammatory cytokines and chronic gastritis（CG） in rats.Methods： Rats model of chronic gastritis were established,EGF,gastrin,somatostatin,IL-2,IL-4 and TNF-α from blood of CG model rats were measured by ELISA.Results： EGF,gastrin,IL-2 and TNF-α in model group were higher than those in normal control group.IL-4 was lower than those in normal control group,and there was no difference in somatostatin of normal model groups （P~〉 0.05 ）...
