目的:观察经筋刺法对脑卒中恢复期偏瘫手精细动作障碍的改善情况。方法:将50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。两组均进行常规西医治疗、康复训练及常规针刺(穴取水沟、百会、内关等),观察组并于患手掌侧、背侧五指掌指关节与近侧指间关节之间的筋肉进行隔日交替针刺,得气后接电针;对照组于患侧手八邪穴进行针刺,针刺得气后接电针。10天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察两组患者Lindmark评分、Brunnstrom偏瘫手运动功能分级、手关节活动度及Barthel指数(BI)评分变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者Lindmark评分均较治疗前明显提高(均P

To observe improved effects of Jingjin acupuncture on fine activity of hemiplegic hand in recovery period of stroke. Fifty cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 25 cases in each one.
