目的:观察电针胃经穴对胃溃疡大鼠血清和胃黏膜细胞氧化损伤因子表达的影响,探讨电针胃经穴抑制胃溃疡大鼠氧化损伤的作用机制。方法:将40只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胃经穴组和胆经穴组,每组10只。除正常组外,余组采用束缚-冷应激法制作胃溃疡大鼠模型。正常组和模型组不予干预;胃经穴组电针胃经穴"梁门""足三里",胆经穴组电针胆经穴"日月""阳陵泉",并连接电针,每次30 min,每天1次,共7 d。常规光镜下观察胃黏膜形态的变化,酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血清和胃黏膜细胞丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GSH-Px)和肿瘤坏死因子α(tumour necros...
