目的:观察隔药饼灸对动脉粥样硬化兔受损血管内皮结构的修复以及基质细胞衍生因子1(stromal cells derived factor 1,SDF-1)含量的影响。方法:将75只兔随机分为正常组、模型组、直接灸组、阿托伐他汀钙组与隔药饼灸组,每组15只,正常组采用普通饲料喂养,其余各组采用高胆固醇饲养法喂养12周制备动脉粥样硬化兔模型。隔药饼灸组与直接灸组选取两组穴位:“巨阙”“天枢”“丰隆”穴;“心俞”“肝俞”“脾俞”穴。每组穴隔日交替施灸,每穴灸30 min,每日1次,连续4周。阿托伐他汀钙组每天将阿托伐他汀钙片(1.96 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))碾成粉末后拌入第1餐饲料中喂食,造模后正常组、模型组不予上述干预处...

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of herbal-cake-separated moxibustion on the repair of damaged vascular endothelium structure and the content of stromal cells derived factor 1 (SDF-1) in rabbits with atherosclerosis.
