基于中医"未病先防"的理念,探索灸法干预新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")密切接触隔离人员的模式与研究方案.以新冠肺炎密切接触居家隔离人员为研究对象,依托中国针灸学会、湖南省针灸学会和中国中医科学院数据中心与渔歌医疗公司开发的非接触式医患互动网络平台,设计一个探索性的随机对照试验,样本量100例,随机分为灸法组和常规组,每组50例.灸法组实施灸法干预,常规组只常规观察不进行灸法干预.以焦虑、情志不畅、乏力、头痛、腹泻等症状变化,是否解除隔离、确诊等为结局指标,评价两组患者干预前、干预14 d和干预后2周随访时的结果.研究将基于互联网+技术,采用互联网互动平台,通过手机微信完...
