Acupuncture at acupoints along the meridians for primary insomnia:a multi-center randomized controlled trial

目的:比较不同取穴针刺治疗原发性失眠的临床疗效.方法:于3个临床中心共纳入333例原发性失眠患者,随机分为A组(111例,脱落7例)、B组(111例,脱落5例)、C组(111例,脱落2例).A组针刺神门、百会,B组针刺三阴交、百会,C组针刺非经非穴点、百会.每天1次,每次30 min,均5次为一疗程,治疗5个疗程.比较各组患者治疗前后、治疗结束后4周随访时匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、阿森斯失眠量表(Athens insomnia scale,AIS)评分;观察各组患者治疗前后脑电超慢涨落图(encephalofluctuograph technology,ET)的差异.结果:治疗后、随访时,各组患者PSQI评分均较治疗前显著降低(P

OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical effect differences among different acupoint selection methods for primary insomnia.
