Clinical observation of Tianmaerzhi Decoction on 101 cases of middle-old hypertension belonged to the type of hepatic and renal yin deficiency

目的:观察天麻二至方对中老年高血压病辨证为阴虚阳亢证者的临床疗效.方法:采用随机分组、阳性药物(天麻首乌片)平行对照、双盲观察临床试验设计方案,观察受试病例135例,其中治疗组101例,对照组34例.治疗组用天麻二至方治疗,对照组用天麻首乌片治疗,疗程30 d.结果:对照组证候疗效总有效率79.4%,治疗组证候疗效总有效率89.1%;降压疗效方面:对照组总有效率67.6%,治疗组总有效率82.2%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义.结论:天麻二至方能显著改善患者证候和降低血压.

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Tianmaerzhifang on cases of middle-old hypertension belonged to the type of hepatic and renal yin deficiency, Method; in the test , double-blind and paralled control were applied, 101 cases in therapeutic group were given Tianmaerzhifang and 34 cases in control group were given Tianmashouwu Tablet.
