Effect of Dabuyinwan on Thymus Pathological Changes of Experimental Hyperthyroid Rats

目的:观察大补阴丸对实验性甲亢大鼠胸腺病理改变的影响.方法:用左甲状腺素钠(优甲乐)灌服造成大鼠甲亢模型,观察大补阴丸(汤剂)不周剂量内服对大鼠胸腺病理改变的影响.结果:大补阴丸低、中剂量组和西药组胸腺厚度明显增加,细胞数目增多,密度增大,网状细胞散在、成熟,小血管丰富充血,可见胸腺小体,其中大补阴丸高剂量组胸腺组织结构同正常组基本相同.结论:大补阴丸能改善甲亢大鼠胸腺病理改变.

Objective：To observe the effect of Dabuyinwan on thymus pathological changes of experimental hyperthyroid rats. Methods：Hyperthyroid rats were induced by Euthyrox given orally everyday for three weeks. Then the effect of Dabuyinwan on thymus pathological changes was observed. Results：The thymus thickness, cells numbers, density increased significantly in low,middle and large dosgage of Dabuyinwan groups.
