文章通过总结王净净教授治疗韦尼克脑病的用药特点及验案分析发现,王师根据韦尼克脑病的临床特点及表现,认为其归属于中医痿证、癫狂、颤证、健忘等范畴;其病机以脾胃虚弱、气血津液不足为本,火、风、痰、瘀为标;王师主张治疗当以健脾和胃、益气养血生津、活血化痰、熄风为主,以生黄芪、党参、茯苓、葛根、薏苡仁、川芎、防风、刺五加、刺蒺藜、丹皮、丹参、鸡血藤、冰片组成基本方,临证辨证加减治疗,临床疗效显著。

Through the summarization of the drug usage characteristics and case analysis of Prof. Wang Jingjing's experiences in the treatment of Wernicke's encephalopathy( WE),it was discovered that based on the clinical feature and manifestation of WE,Prof. Wang believed that this disease was in the cate-gory of wei syndrome,manic - depressive disorder,tremor and poor memory in traditional Chinese medicine.
