目的 探讨温针灸治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床效果.方法 选取2015年12月至2017年12月住院及门诊脑卒中同时伴有患侧肢体痉挛的患者80例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组在治疗组的基础上给予温针灸治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后临床效果、生存质量(QOL)评分、改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分、四肢简化运动功能量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数评估表(MBI)评分和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分情况.结果 与对照组比较,观察组治疗后治疗有效率明显升高,MAS、ADL评分明显降低,QOL、FMA、MBI评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects on post-stroke hypermyotonia treated with warm acupuncture.
