目的:探究尘肺病患者治疗费用水平及影响因素，为减轻尘肺病患者经济负担，优化医疗资源合理配置提供依据。方法:于2020年8月，采用多阶段分层抽样法，获取1 123家医疗机构2018年1至12月尘肺病患者治疗费用信息，选择2 178例门诊患者和7 425例住院患者的次均费用进行描述，通过单因素方差分析比较尘肺病患者住院费用分布，构建多元线性回归模型分析尘肺病患者住院费用的影响因素。结果:尘肺病门诊患者次均费用为465.88元，住院患者次均费用为12 280.63元。不同年龄、机构级别、机构类型、住院天数和参保类型的住院费用差异有统计学意义（ F=10.49、402.92、416.35、2 390.48、1 298.14， P
