　　目的 建立符合中医特色的慢性疲劳综合征动物模型。方法 采用中医的形劳、神劳、房劳等复合因素刺激，建立慢性疲劳动物模型。对BALB/c小鼠应用游泳+夹尾+合笼等不同刺激，并对其一般状态和体重进行观察，通过肝糖原、血清乳酸、血清尿素氮等实验室指标检测，与游泳组进行比较。结果 实验研究表明，模型组小鼠的慢性疲劳行为表现较明显；与正常组相比，模型组小鼠体重和肝糖原水平显著降低，血清乳酸和尿素氮水平显著升高。结论 中医的形劳、神劳、房劳等复合因素刺激建立的慢性疲劳动物模型，其改变更接近人的慢性疲劳的临床表现，可以作为研究慢性疲劳综合征的动物模型。

Objective To establish the animal model of chronic fatigue syndrome which comply with Chinese medicine characteristics.
