Effect of Anwei Pill on Gastrin Somatostatin and Epidermal Growth Factor in CG Rat

目的:探讨安胃丸对慢性胃炎大鼠胃泌素（GAS）、生长抑素（SS）及表皮生长因子（EGF）的调节作用。方法:运用综合法建立大鼠慢性胃炎模型,用安胃丸对实验性大鼠慢性胃炎进行治疗30天后,采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清GAS、SS和EGF的变化情况。结果:安胃丸中、高剂量组大鼠血清GAS和EGF的含量明显低于模型组,而各组对SS则无明显影响;中、高剂量组胃黏膜病理变化较模型组明显改善,胃窦部黏膜炎症评分明显低于模型组（P

Objective ： To explore regulative action of anwei pill on gastrin, somatostatin and epidermal growth factor in CG rat. Method： To establish a rat model of chronic gastritis, CG rats were treated with anwei pill for 30 day. Changes of blood serum GAS, SS and EGF in CG rats were measured by ELISA assay. Result： Anwei pill could decrease the concentration of blood serum GAS and EGF in CG rat, no Effect of anwei pill on somatostatin in CG rat.
