《医验大成》是明代著名医家秦昌遇的著作之一,该书对秦氏一些精华医案进行整理,有极高的临床参考价值,特别是重视脾胃病的辨证治疗,临证有自己的独到体会。文章将就《医验大成》的脾胃病证治特色进行探讨。
