肝主泪液,润泽目珠,干眼的发病与肝密切相关,秉从“肝主泣”理论,临床分肝郁气滞证、郁火上冲证、肝经湿热证、肝血不足证、肝肾亏虚证辨治干眼,自拟方养阴润目汤内服、精草润目液滴眼,辨证加减,常可获取良效.
