[目的]核算2010-2015年湖南省卫生总费用,分析“十二五”期间湖南省卫生费用的变化情况,为湖南省政府制定和调整卫生相关政策提供参考和依据. [方法]采用来源法和机构法卫生费用核算方法.[结果] 2015年湖南省卫生总费用为1554.41亿元,占GDP比重为5.35％.政府卫生支出、社会卫生支出、个人现金卫生支出比重分别为32.59％、33.5％和33.91％,均优于2010年.[结论]“十二五”末,湖南省卫生总费用结构趋优.个人现金卫生支出比重仍然偏高,社会卫生支出偏低.

Objective It calculate total health expenditure from 2010 to 2015 in Hunan, analyzes health expenditure changes in period of ＂ 12th Five - Year Planning＂ in Hunan province so as to provide reference and basis for formulating and adjusting health relevant polic, y by governmen- ft.
