将昆明种小鼠随机分为青年对照组、老年对照组和老年药物组,观察到老年小鼠活体骨髓细胞姊妹染色单体互换（SCE）频率显著高于青年小鼠:服用抗衰延寿方的老年小鼠SCE显著低于对照老年小鼠.结果表明,小鼠骨髓细胞SCE随增龄而增加;抗衰延寿方可以阻抗小鼠骨髓细胞SCE的增龄性改变.

The effects of KSYS Compound on the frequency of SCE of marrow cells in vivo of old mice were studied in this article. the results were as follows: the frequency of SCE in marrow cells of old mice were obviously higher than those in amrrow cells of young mice; the frequency of SCE in marrow cells from old mice fed KSYS Compound were obviously lower than those from old mice without KSYS Compound. the results showed that the frequency of SCE in mouse marrow cells increase with advance of age. the KSYS Compound can impede a...
