　　目的 探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)结合盒转运体Al(ATP-binding cassette transporter 1；ABC1,ABCA1)基因219单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)位点与早发冠心病血瘀证发病情况的关联性.方法 利用Sequenom Nanodispenser点制芯片技术及基质辅助激光解析电离时间飞行时间质谱的实验技术对实验组进行基因分型检测,其中分为早发冠心病血瘀证组80例、早发冠心病非血瘀证组20例、非早发冠心病非血瘀证组20例、健康对照组20例.结果 ABCA1基因219位点SNP分型有3种：GG、GA和AA型,其基因型频率分别为：36.25％、42.50％、21.25％.早发冠心病血瘀证组与各对照组中SNP分型基因型频率差异有...
