To observe the therapeutic effect of modified sparrow-pecking moxibustion for osteoarthritis of knee. Sixty cases of patients with osteoarthritis of knee were divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated by modified sparrow-pecking moxibustion, and the control group by traditional sparrow-pecking moxibustion. 目的:观察改良型雀啄灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效.方法:将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组给予改良型雀啄灸治疗,对照组给予传统雀啄灸治疗,每日1次,10次为一疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00％(27/30),对照组总有效率为76.67％(23/30),治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:改良型雀啄灸治疗膝关节炎有显著疗效,值得进一步研究和推广.
