目的：明确养心通脉方主要成分与次要成分之间是否存在着交互作用。方法：从养心通脉方原方中综合提取出人参皂苷、丹参酮ⅡA、人参多糖、总生物碱、总挥发油5个主要成分部位及复方多糖、丹参菲醌2个次要成分部位。根据L4（23）正交设计组成4个处方：①处方1：基础因子＋复方多糖、丹参菲醌;②处方2：基础因子;③处方3：基础因子＋复方多糖;④处方4：基础因子＋丹参菲醌;另设空白对照组,给予双蒸水。观察各成处方组对心肌缺血大鼠模型心电图J点位移及血液流变学指标的影响。结果：造模后第15 s、30 s、120 s、300 s、600 s,4个处方组心电图J点位移变化与空白组比较,差异均具有显著性（均P〈0.05...
