Digital divide is a phenomenon of substantial information gap, knowledge separation and polarization between the rich and the poor in the process of global informationization and digitization, which is highlighted as digital exclusion. This difference and inequality are in fact a new kind of social inequity, and thus becomes the appropriate theme of social justice.
