Objective: To study the effect of sandalwood essential oil on isolated ileum smooth muscle of guinea pigs and the small intestine movement function of mice. Methods: We used the experiment method of isolating ileum smooth muscle of guinea pigs and intestine propulsion of carbon ink in mice.
