目的:观察止痛如神汤对溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制。方法:将40只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、奥沙拉嗪组(西药组)和止痛如神汤组(中药组),每组10只。除正常组外,其余3组均采用TNBS法制备UC大鼠动物模型。造模成功后开始药物干预,持续用药3周后分别取各组大鼠结肠组织,采用免疫组化法检测UC大鼠结肠黏膜ITF的含量。结果:经免疫组织化学法检测,模型组大鼠结肠黏膜ITF棕黄色阳性细胞表达较正常组明显减少,其阳性细胞的数目及平均光密度值皆明显下降,与正常组比较有明显统计学意义(P

Objective: To explore the possible action mechanisms of Zhitong Rushen decoction on ulcerative colitis( UC). Methods: The 40 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group,model group,olsalazine group( western medicine group) and Zhitong Rushen decoction group( TCM group),each 10 rats in every group.
