目的:探讨益气化瘀解毒方对人肝癌Sorafenib(索拉非尼)耐药细胞裸鼠移植瘤大小及瘤组织HIF-1α与VM表达的影响.方法:培养Sorafenib获得性耐药人肝癌QGY7702细胞株(QGY7702/Sora),通过皮下种植的方法建立人肝癌Sorafenib耐药细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型,药物干预21 d后取瘤组织,测瘤净重,免疫组化方法检测缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)的表达,CD31/PAS双重染色观察血管拟态(V M)的表达.结果:成功建立耐药细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型,药物干预耐药细胞裸鼠模型提示,益气化瘀解毒方联合Sorafenib对瘤体具有明显的抑制作用(P
