目的:分析寿胎丸对复发性流产小鼠蜕膜蛋白质组的影响,从分子水平探讨寿胎丸安胎的作用机制。方法:50只雌性CBA/J小鼠分别与20只雄性DBA/2和5只雄性BALB/C小鼠按2∶1合笼交配,建立复发性流产模型40只与正常妊娠模型10只。将复发性流产CBA/J×DBA/2孕鼠按妊娠先后顺序随机分为模型组(10只)、寿胎丸低剂量组(10只,3 g.kg.d~(-1))、寿胎丸中剂量组(10只,6 g.kg.d~(-1))和寿胎丸高剂量组(10只,12 g.kg.d~(-1)),从妊娠第1天开始灌胃给药,至孕14 d处死小鼠,计算各组胚胎丢失率。采用双向电泳结合质谱技术分离和鉴定各组小鼠蜕膜差异表达的蛋白质,并利用生物信息学资源对所鉴定蛋白质的功能进行分析。结...
