目的：研究加味参附姜苓汤对围月经期咳嗽变异性哮喘患者血清炎性因子IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-8表达的影响，为其临床治疗提供科学的实证依据。方法将围月经期咳嗽变异性哮喘患者80例，随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）。观察组患者采用加味参附姜苓汤进行治疗，对照组采用口服氨茶碱缓释片联合酮替芬片进行治疗，连续治疗3个月。分别采集治疗前、后各组患者的静脉血，经离心后，取血清，采用酶联免疫法检测血清IL-4、IFN-γ和IL-8表达水平。结果经3个月治疗后，观察组总有效率为90%，显著优于对照组的72.5%（P

Objective To explore the modified Shenfu Jiangling decoction on the expression of serum IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-8 of patients with cough variant asthma in perimenopausal period.
