摘要：

目的探讨武汉市抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)临床护士的失眠现状及影响因素,为COVID-19疫情防控期间开展针对性的心理干预提供依据和参考.方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年3月3日至7日选择武汉大学中南医院的抗击COVID-19临床护士作为调查对象.采用一般资料问卷、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、患者健康调查问卷(PHQ-9)进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析抗击COVID-19临床护士失眠的影响因素.结果共回收问卷521份,其中有效问卷504份,回收有效率为96.74％.504名抗击COVID-19临床护士的AIS得分为6(3,9)分,其中352名(69.84％)有睡眠障碍;PHQ-9得分为6(2,9)分,其中292名(57.94％)有不同程度的抑郁症状.职称...
