目的寻找青年胃癌患者预后影响因素,构建预后预测模型列线图,为患者的个体化预后评估提供更精确的工具。方法通过监测、流行病学和最终结果(SEER)数据库客户端SEER*Stat 8.3.8收集2004-2015年确诊的2 673例年龄为18~44岁的青年胃癌患者信息,使用R 4.0.3软件将2 673例病例按照约7 ∶ 3的比例随机分成训练集(1 873例)与验证集(800例)。以癌症特异性生存(CSS)率为关注点,在训练集中使用Fine-Gray竞争风险模型进行单因素和多因素分析,寻找青年胃癌患者CSS的影响因素,根据影响因素建立预后预测模型并绘制列线图。使用ROC曲线和校准曲线在训练集与验证集数据中对模型的预测效果进行验证。结果训练集数...
