目的 调查住院患者常见耳科疾病的证型分布。方法 收集近１１年耳科住院病例证候资料，按统一标准确定证型。结果 几种常见耳病住院患者中，分泌性中耳炎以脾虚湿滞型居多（５５．０５％），急性化脓性中耳炎以热毒垄盛型多见（５１．４３％），慢性化脓性中耳炎多表现为脾虚湿滞（６７．３５％），突发性耳聋以气滞血瘀为主要证型（７３．５３％），梅尼埃病以痰浊中阻型占主导（８０．００％），其他耳源性眩晕多见肝阳上亢（６０．８７％）。结论 不同耳病有其主要的常见证型表现。

Objective To investigate the distribution of syndromes in hospitalized patients with ear diseases. Methods A clinical epidemic survey was made on the hospitalized cases with ear diseases in our hospital since 1990, and the syndrome for each case was determined based on a national syndrome differentiation standard.
